Food is an important part of the Casa del Brigadier experience. The on-site restaurant serves traditional Cordoban cuisine, including meat dishes and stews, prepared in a home-style way with generous flavours and the kind of comforting cooking that makes a meal feel personal and authentic.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the ambience is family-friendly and the cuisine is Mediterranean. Kids' meals are available and special diet meals can be prepared on request. There is a coffee house on site and a bar, along with a wine cellar and a good selection of wines for those who wish to enjoy a leisurely drink with their meal.
For pilgrims and travellers this means a satisfying meal without having to travel elsewhere: settle into a clean, comfortable room, eat well downstairs and start the next day with breakfast before setting off.
